The

Knowledge Management Systems Development Support

shall provide recommendations for the development of Knowledge Management (KM) systems by designing and implementing SharePoint process improvement solutions. Assist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shape workflow and processes. Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals. Produce for Government review and approval a KM SOP in accordance with Army FM 6-01.1, to guide KM efforts and govern the KM structure and practices. Provide position papers containing analysis assessing the effectiveness of current SOPs and processes discussed during the KM Working Group (KMWG). Facilitate the KMWG using a variety of techniques to enable collaboration; relay information from the working group to members and collect information needed by members. Publish minutes to the SharePoint KM portal site and via email to designated Government personnel; provide recommendations for the follow-on KMWG. Provide surveys, interviews, and results to enable methods of sharing knowledge within and outside the organization, as well as vertically and laterally. Participate in meetings to ensure requirements and design concepts are accomplished through governance and maintenance plans, custom workflows and site themes, SharePoint content management with Microsoft Office applications, and transfer of content from shared drives and other repositories to SharePoint. Implement the KM practice by leveraging SharePoint as enabling technology where applicable. Provide formats and recommendations for the management and use of SharePoint from prioritized KMWG recommendations to facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization. Provide status updates to the client, including actual versus planned task progress, schedule status, surveys/interviews conducted, meetings attended, issues, and recommendations. These updates should identify planned versus actual tasks completed within the previous week. Provide CI Operations Trends and Strategic Communications support, including review of operations files, exchange of analyses, conduct of operational data queries, and collation of data on over 1,500 operations to articulate operational leads, gaps, vulnerabilities, and trends. Required qualifications/skills

Minimum education and years of experience requirements: High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience in the last 2 years. OR Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience in the last 2 years. OR Bachelors Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience in the last 2 years. OR Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience in the last 2 years. Must have Security Plus certification, and have completed a Site Collection Administration training course equivalent to Microsoft MS55033. Come on board with a company that Values its Employees!
