What You Will Do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions. Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations, contract negotiations, and issue resolution. Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and optimize procurement schedules. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements to drive innovation and efficiency in procurement processes. What You Will Bring: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry. Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and supplier management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using procurement software and tools. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Pay Range: $20/hr to $25/hr Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.
