Service Desk Analyst – Night Shift Location:
Remote (Must be within driving distance of Dallas, TX) Shift:
8:00 PM – 8:00 AM ET Clearance:
U.S. Citizenship required; must pass Public Trust background check Job Summary: Provide Level 1 IT support in a 24/7 environment. Handle incidents and service requests via phone, email, and monitoring tools. Follow documented procedures, escalate issues as needed, and ensure accurate ticket management. Key Responsibilities: Answer and resolve IT support calls and emails Monitor system alerts and create incident tickets Escalate issues using Everbridge Perform password resets and basic account support Maintain accurate incident records Create daily reports and follow standardized work instructions Occasionally visit onsite (Dallas, TX) for support tasks Requirements: 1–3 years of IT Service Desk experience Proficient in MS Office, email handling, and incident ticketing tools Strong communication and problem-solving skills Seniority level
