Director of Enterprise Resilience & Business Continuity
to drive the next evolution of its resilience and continuity framework across North American operations. This high-impact leadership role will partner with senior stakeholders to enhance preparedness, ensure regulatory compliance, and align business continuity planning with a broader Operational Resilience strategy. Ideal for a continuity expert with a forward-thinking mindset, this role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide resilience in a complex and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Business Continuity and Resilience strategy across all business units and support functions. Partner with divisional leadership to embed resilience into strategic planning and risk management processes. Align Business Continuity practices with the firms Operational Resilience program, helping to drive an integrated and sustainable approach. Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and develop targeted mitigation strategies. Oversee the design, maintenance, and governance of Business Continuity Plans, ensuring organizational preparedness. Serve as the central point of contact during crisis events, coordinating enterprise-wide response and communication. Implement a robust testing and monitoring program, including scenario-based exercises, to validate readiness and identify gaps. Champion a resilience-focused culture through ongoing training, stakeholder engagement, and awareness initiatives. Report regularly to senior leadership on business continuity maturity, performance, and opportunities for strategic improvement. Provide expert advisory on regulatory requirements and ensure full compliance with applicable standards and supervisory expectations. Seniority level
