6+ years Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong technical expertise and a passion for clean, scalable code. As a key member of our development team, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and microservices. Roles and Responsibilities
Design and Develop: Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs as needed. Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to system design and performance optimization. Design and develop reusable components and libraries. Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable code, implement unit testing, TDD/BDD, and CI/CD. Conduct code reviews, mentor juniors, and ensure code quality across the team. Work in Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban) with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers; participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Database & Data Layer: Develop and optimize queries for relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra). Implement data caching strategies using Redis or similar tools. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Debug and resolve issues across the application stack; provide ongoing support for deployed applications. Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience in Java-based backend development. Strong expertise in Microservices and REST APIs. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito). Preferred Skills
Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ. Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSockets. Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT). Experience in front-end technologies (Angular/React) is a plus. Benefits
