Your Mission: Youll be the bridge between business leaders and technology teams, making sure our applications strategy doesnt just align with company goals it drives them. From roadmap planning to AI initiatives, youll help shape the future of how we work, collaborate, and grow. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
What Youll Be Doing (And Loving Every Minute of It): Translating business needs into technology solutions that deliver results. Helping build and present the applications strategy roadmap to senior leadership. Leading end-to-end management of new applications and technology rollouts from planning to delivery. Partnering with data scientists and engineers on AI/ML initiatives, shaping data requirements and outcomes. Supporting the companys data lake and warehouse strategies, ensuring secure and scalable growth. Acting as the point person for key platforms (SharePoint, Teams, and beyond) keeping them stable, secure, and evolving. Managing third-party vendors, contracts, and service agreements to get the most out of our partnerships. Driving process improvements across the business by leveraging the right technology at the right time. Qualifications & Required Skills
What Were Looking For: 25 years of experience in applications management, business analysis, or related tech roles. A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). A solid grasp of application lifecycle management (ALM) and how to keep tools effective, secure, and scalable. Curiosity and excitement about emerging tech especially AI and Machine Learning. Comfort working cross-functional and translating between business and IT. Familiarity with databases, data governance, and analytics frameworks. About the Company
