Overview

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the site, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders to drive business performance by aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Act as a trusted advisor to the site leadership, fostering a high-performance culture, optimizing talent practices, and ensuring compliance while championing employee engagement in a dynamic workforce environment. The HRBP serves as a thought leader to the business leader as well as to the broader HR organization. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the site leadership and in line with global HR strategic initiatives to execute HR strategies to facilitate business growth With in-depth understanding of US business, continuously identify and close key organizational competency gaps Work with CoE leaders to implement talent management activities to build and strengthen the talent pool for the site Resolve complex employee issues, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with local laws & regulations. Actively manage the employee lifecycle to ensure a positive employee experience Manage post M&A team and culture integration Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive company culture through effective employee relations management Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving Deep understanding of local labor laws with proven ability to identify and mitigate legal risks related to HR practices Demonstrated experience in ensuring organizational compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and regulations Qualifications

Over 5 years' experience as HRBP/HR Manager, including at least 3 years supporting senior business leaders in fast-paced start-up environments within the healthcare industry, managed sales organizations Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive company culture through effective employee relations management Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving Deep understanding of local labor laws with proven ability to identify and mitigate legal risks related to HR practices Demonstrated experience in ensuring organizational compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and regulations Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Benefits
