Monday Thursday, 5:30 AM 4:30 PM (Four 10-hour shifts) Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage correspondence Provide administrative support to accounting, including data entry, filing, and processing documents Maintain office organization and assist with clerical tasks as needed Support other departments with administrative tasks when necessary Qualifications
Previous office or administrative experience preferred Basic knowledge of accounting processes (AP/AR, invoicing, or data entry) is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Why Join Us?
