ERP Integration Manager

The candidate must be flexible in learning new technologies and platforms. Lead teams involved in designing, developing, and monitoring interfaces using SAP PI/PO, BizTalk, MuleSoft, Boomi. Will be responsible for working with partners in determining EDI/API requirements, designing, developing and configuring integration objects. This role may also participate in other project activities including testing, documentation and user training. The candidate must work independently or with project managers to define work tasks and provide estimates. 10+ years of SAP PI/PO development experience. Previous people management skills highly preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Worked on design and development of interfaces with cloud based systems. Experience working with REST, SOAP, JDBC, SFTP and other adapters. Experience with Java and XSLT mappings. Work on IDocs and EDI based integrations using SAP B2B adapters. Knowledge and experience with other integration platforms like BizTalk, Boomi or MuleSoft. Experience in handling sensitive data securely. Experience with working on Success Factors and Salesforce interfaces is a plus. Must have experience with interfaces using ALE/IDocs/Proxies, good understanding of data flow and integration across modules. Problem solving and analytical skills. Must understand the software development life cycle and be able to perform systems analysis and design activities in accordance with Agile development methodology. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field; or equivalent experience required.
