As a Quality Control Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products meet high standards before they go to market. Responsibilities include reviewing batch records, performing quality testing, tracking product samples, supporting regulatory compliance for U.S., Canadian, and international products, ensuring labels meet FDA and Health Canada requirements, coordinating third-party testing, investigating quality issues, maintaining documentation, supporting audits, handling customer inquiries, and improving quality systems and processes. Prior experience in quality assurance or quality control within regulated industries such as food, supplements, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to conduct product inspections, review labeling for compliance, and support regulatory processes.
