The Opportunity The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) works with C-level leadership at Adobe's Enterprise customers to craft strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements use Adobe's digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, high-level architecture assessments, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. We also bring a deep industry perspective, delivering vision, thought leadership, and aligning the ecosystem on an overall industry go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do
Take part in multiple strategy engagements for senior customers. You will be part of a robust team that develops insights and recommendations. Contribute in one or more of the following areas:
Economic impact analysis — assess how improvements to customer journey and business capabilities will grow revenues, reduce costs, and generate business value. Size potential opportunities to prioritize short- and long-term recommendations. Help customers write business cases to quantify value and rationalize technology investments.
Experience design — conduct ethnographic interviews and journey diagnostics to understand customers' unmet needs. Build new web and mobile app experiences that delight users and improve performance. Use Adobe XD in hands-on workshops to prototype and test new designs.
Analytics and benchmarking — use Adobe's analytics dataset to show how a customer's digital business compares within the industry. Reveal insights and actions to optimize performance and customer experience.
Experience architecture — assess customers' technology landscape and data strategy to understand current implementation and usage. Recommend new solutions, integrations, and use cases to enable improved experiences.
Contribute industry leadership in the following ways:
Industry perspective — collaborate to define Adobe's perspective on impactful industry experiences and author thought leadership assets to drive demand generation and field enablement.
Industry & partner strategy — collaborate on Adobe's strategy to deepen its customer footprint in core industries and align the internal and partner ecosystem on the industry strategy.
Develop as a customer leader and business leader by collaborating across Adobe teams and rotating across DSG industry teams to deepen expertise. Engage with Center of Excellence teams that drive tools and capabilities for DSG engagements, such as experience design and value.
What You Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
Outstanding record of academic achievement
Interest in business strategy, technology, analytics or experience design through coursework, activities, or internships
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills, including research, data analysis, hypothesis development, and synthesized recommendations
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels
Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas verbally and in writing
Passion for new knowledge and the ability to absorb concepts quickly
High energy, personal drive, and positivity
Willingness to travel
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and pay varies by location and experience. The U.S. pay range for this position is $57,100 -- $101,450 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), with short-term incentives as sales commissions. Non-sales roles start with base salary and short-term incentives through the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
