One of our leading client is looking for RPG Programmer in Greenfield IN Responsibilities
Experience planning, scoping, and delivering software projects on deadline. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Demonstrated track record managing or coordinating with offshore development teams. Liaise between business stakeholders, local IT, and offshore teams. Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years on IBM i/AS/400 platforms, with deep expertise in RPG III, CL, DDS, and DB2. Demonstrated track record managing or coordinating with offshore development teams. Technical Skills: Strong RPG III coding skills, plus hands-on experience with modern RPG ILE/Free-Format. Proficient with Git, Jenkins (or similar CI/CD), and scheduling tools (e.g., Robot Schedule, Automic). Solid SQL performance-tuning and database design experience. Familiarity with RESTful API design, web services, and Java/.NET front-end integration. Exposure to Power Systems hardware and virtualization (POWERVM). Seniority level
