We are seeking an experienced and driven client services representative with 1-2 years of experience in production fulfillment to join our team. This hybrid role supports Superiors Georgia operations by providing client service coverage for all Treasury products and assisting with order fulfillment in the warehouse. The role includes answering client inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining service quality on the front end, while handling receiving, packing, and shipping of scanners on the production side. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of switching between client-facing and physical warehouse tasks efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Client Services Representative - Respond to inbound phone calls and emails from bank clients professionally and promptly. Enter and process orders for checks, deposit slips, cash vault supplies, scanners, and accessories using V-2. Track orders through fulfillment stages and follow up with clients as needed. Maintain accurate and updated client records, communications, and order details. Collaborate with production, shipping, and leadership to resolve order-related issues. Assist with overflow calls and escalations, following department procedures. Meet daily productivity expectations (35+ orders/day) and support CSAT targets. Production Fulfillment - Pick, pack, and label scanners for shipment to clients using approved packaging. Receive incoming scanner shipments and verify accuracy of model, quantity, and serial numbers. Stock scanner inventory in designated locations and track availability. Maintain scanner bin organization and restock areas as needed. Ensure clean, orderly, and safe scanner staging and packing areas. Follow standard handling procedures for serial tracking and UPS label generation. Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to warehouse lead or VP of Operations. High school diploma or GED required 12 years in customer service or order processing preferred Prior experience in scanner fulfillment, inventory handling, or warehouse shipping a plus Knowledge of V-2, UPS WorldShip, or similar tools is beneficial Minimum Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 12 years in customer service or order processing preferred Prior experience in scanner fulfillment, inventory handling, or warehouse shipping a plus Knowledge of V-2, UPS WorldShip, or similar tools is beneficial Other Requirements: Must pass background check and drug screening Ability to maintain certifications and complete any additional required training Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask between administrative and physical tasks Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and email systems Able to lift up to 30 lbs and operate basic warehouse tools (pallet jack, scale, etc.) Strong customer-first mindset and problem-solving abilities Benefits: Competitive Pay : We offer fair and competitive wages based on experience and market standards.
