As an Associate Recruiting Coordinator, you will screen and process resumes to identify qualified applicants for open positions. You will maintain contact with applicants, providing position details and general information about Reynolds; you will set up qualified applicants with testing information. You will search major boards to build a candidate pool. You will team with the Recruiters to identify creative avenues to increase candidate flow. You will represent the company at career fairs and other events to increase awareness of career opportunities. You will be cross-trained on other areas within the Recruiting department. Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task
