Innovate and Architect, Initiate and Influence, Embed and Transform. As AI and GenAI move from buzzwords to business-critical enablers, we need a bold and technically exceptional leader who can combine vision, architecture, and hands-on engineering to push boundaries. You’ll lead and mentor a team of top-tier engineers while staying deeply involved in solution design, AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and deployment pipelines that scale. You’ll play a central role in delivering real-world, production-grade GenAI applications across software development, IT operations, and enterprise productivity. You’ll have the freedom to shape architecture, processes, and best practices that will define how AI lives and breathes across the company. What You’ll Do
Coach and mentor a growing AI engineering team driving hands-on delivery and innovation. Architect and implement enterprise-scale GenAI applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and orchestration platforms like LangChain and LangGraph. Champion development acceleration tools such as GitHub Copilot and oversee full GenAI SDLC. Own CI/CD pipelines, AI observability, and performance monitoring using tools like Dynatrace. Design and optimize vector-based retrieval (RAG) systems, embedding models, and reusable AI frameworks. Collaborate with UX, DevOps, and business units to bring intelligent AI agents into production. Define and scale standards, testing, and evaluation frameworks for GenAI systems across environments. What You Bring
Significant experience in AI/ML or software engineering, including 3+ years leading GenAI initiatives. Deep hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP Servers, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini). Advanced Python skills and expert-level prompt engineering. Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML systems — including model versioning, A/B testing, and scaling. Strong experience with DevOps, automation, and AI observability tools: Functionize, Mabl, n8n, Dynatrace. Comfortable working across IT, engineering, product, and executive teams. Naturally innovative, a hands-on builder, and a passionate AI evangelist. What Sets You Apart
