The
Orkin Pro
provides safe and professional protection and service to customers on a designated route. Your career begins with in-depth, award-winning training that prepares you for daily operations, scheduling, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will work to understand customer problems and resolve them effectively. You will... Complete our comprehensive training to learn necessary skills and knowledge Prioritize safety in all tasks Follow a route and daily schedule within your territory to ensure timely and safe service Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers Listen to customer needs and recommend effective solutions empathetically Inspect properties and explain actions to customers to ensure satisfaction Complete all documentation accurately using provided handheld devices What We Offer

Minimum Requirements: No experience necessary; training provided High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (paid by company) Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers Work Environment
Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, including: Using ladders within weight limits Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally Accessing crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Wearing PPE, including respirators Working in various weather conditions Orkin is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity.
