Senior Solution Architect you will architect, design, and build enterprise-class Business Intelligence solutions. Your success will be measured by your ability to rapidly understand TMUS information architecture and collaborate with architecture and development teams to build world-class solutions. This role works closely with Leadership, Principal Architects, and Development teams to build and implement the Business Intelligence Strategy. Responsibilities Compile, develop, and deliver architectural guardrails; influence stakeholders and ensure compliance with architectural guardrails across technology domains to reliably launch marketing application enhancements including CRM.

Design hybrid architectures that integrate on-premises SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, OER, HANA) with cloud-native microservices using API management and containers. Guide migration strategies for integrating on-premises SAP infrastructure with cloud-based solutions to enable enhanced supply chain agility and scalability. Manage and optimize on-premise infrastructure (servers, databases, storage, and network) while coordinating cloud-native architectures that support digital transformation. Ensure end-to-end system integration, focusing on SAP interactions with other supply chain applications (e.g., WMS, TMS). Drive the evolution of infrastructure, processes, products, and services. Draft and implement development processes, management plans, and contract deliverable schedules; handle operational troubleshooting and training. Mentor team members on best practices and provide coaching to architects and other team members while identifying training opportunities to strengthen capabilities. Serve as a subject matter expert to guide technology strategy across multiple domains and collaborate with domain Architects. Work with business teams and technical analysts to understand requirements and determine how to apply technology to create solutions. Serve as a technical resource to help define, estimate, and recommend optimized solutions for business opportunities. Provide architectural inputs during RFI and RFP processes. Determine and validate data sources; build validation plans, assist with or build scripts, run scripts, and communicate results in non-production environments. Build architecture and technical design documents to communicate solutions for development teams. Develop High-Level Solution Design (HLSD) in support of Enterprise Projects and present HLSD to senior leadership during Capital Assessment reviews. Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to illustrate approaches to technology and business problems. Prepare visual diagrams of system architecture, functionality, and process flows. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions. Educate the organization on available and emerging toolsets. Present solutions to clients, project teams, and stakeholders, adapting style for technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrate attention to detail, time management, prioritization, multi-tasking, estimating tasks, timely deliverables, and task delegation and follow-up. Assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to define the service delivery landscape. Work in a large, ambiguous organization with tight timelines alongside the DBA team to ensure environment setup.

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Technology 4-7+ years of experience with enterprise-level database systems (e.g., Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server or others, with emphasis on Teradata) Knowledge and experience with enterprise architecture, Supply Chain Planning, Order Management, and Warehouse Logistics (Required) Knowledge and experience with messaging services, REST, GraphQL, API, and file-based interfaces Proficient in networking, security protocols, virtualization technologies, and database architecture (especially for SAP and cloud environments) Excellent understanding of supply chain management (SCM) and how technology supports end-to-end business processes (order fulfillment, procurement, logistics, etc.) Project management skills, including leading large-scale initiatives and communicating with stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences Infrastructure Design & Architecture Data center components (servers, storage, networking) High availability, scalability, and disaster recovery design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles

Base Pay Range: $102,000 - $184,000 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular roles are eligible for annual bonuses or incentives based on role and performance.
