Information Assurance III - Exercise Planning And Evaluation
Information Assurance III, Exercise Planning and Evaluation Services The candidate shall provide exercise planning, support, and evaluations services that are responsible for coordinating and ensuring customer participation in the planning and execution of Federal, DoD, IC Operations Center (NOC), ESC Red/Blue Teams, CTE Teams, and other mission partner's/agency's cyber exercises. The candidate shall develop CSOC internal exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of training, tools, processes, and procedures to include active exploitation testing to determine effectiveness of tools, processes and people. Responsibilities: Ensure CSOC participation in the planning and execution of all internal and external cyber or business continuity related exercises. Planning, coordination, and facilitation actions needed to ensure maximum participation from all CSOC personnel (government and contractor) Develop and execute custom, realistic, scenario based exercises to test the effectiveness of training, tools, processes, and procedures within the CSOC; this includes for shifts which operate after duty hours Develop, maintain, and provide documentation as necessary to plan and execute exercises and evaluations Develop after actions reports which detail the substantive details of each exercise and provide recommendations to the government on improvement opportunities Provide input to the weekly CSOC Status Report Coordinate and collaborate with any internal or external stakeholders (government and contractor) as needed or directed by the government in support of this service. Qualifications: Required: Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a polygraph 6+ years experience in Information Assurance, with a background in exercise planning. Personnel performing exercise planning and evaluation services shall have or obtain within six months of start a certification that is in compliance with DoDD 8140.01 and DoD 1049 8570.01-M IAT Level II and CSSP Auditor.
