We're on the hunt for a Staff Software Engineer whos passionate about building robust backend systems and scalable cloud solutions. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing cutting-edge, AI-powered products that enhance how our clients workboth behind the scenes and through intuitive, user-facing experiences. As part of a forward-thinking engineering team, youll architect and deliver modern microservices and production-grade platforms that support our evolving PaaS offerings. Youll also help shape the technical direction of our solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability in the cloud. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering and offers the opportunity to have real impact across multiple product layerswhile working with some of the brightest minds in tech. *This is a hands-on coding role: you'll spend 90% of your time in code, and 10% mentoring others. Responsibilities Build new applications and services using technologies like C#, React, microservices architecture, Azure, AWS, and others as needed Architect and implement cloud-based solutions, ensuring compliance with performance and quality standards Maintain, optimize, and extend existing applications independently Interpret functional and non-functional requirements to deliver reliable software solutions Testing, Deployment & System Optimization

Test and validate new features across diverse environments Monitor and optimize platform performance Analyze operational feasibility and propose effective solutions Define and implement system specifications, standards, and guidelines Estimate, plan, and track development work through user stories and tasks Participate in collaborative team sessions and contribute to a strong engineering culture Mentor and support fellow engineers; contribute to team development and hiring efforts Share knowledge of tools, techniques, and best practices to help others grow Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniquesespecially in open-source technologies Conduct system analyses and recommend improvements to policies and procedures Help shape tools that align with evolving business needs Contribute to a secure and confidential development environment What Youll Need to be Successful

Bachelors degreeor higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent on-the-job experience 1-2 years in leading/mentoring a team of 5+ Minimum 7 years of experience as a full stack developer Required Knowledge

The compensation range for this position is: $170,000 - $200,000 The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
