ERP Analyst

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced ERP Analyst to join our team at our Sarasota, Florida facility.
Yellowfin Yachts is seeking a detail-oriented
ERP Analyst
to support the configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role will contribute directly to the integration of manufacturing operations, user training, support, and reporting—ensuring effective cross-functional alignment and system adoption. The Analyst will play a central role in supporting the ongoing ERP implementation process and enabling business continuity during all deployment phases.
Key Responsibilities ERP System Administration
Maintain ERP master data, user roles, access control, and workflow configurations.
Coordinate system upgrades, sandbox testing, and production deployments in collaboration with IT and ERP leadership.
Maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and change logs to support audit and compliance standards.
Implementation Support (2025)
Assist with the rollout of Acumatica Manufacturing modules.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure a smooth transition through the Go-Live phase.
Follow documented implementation processes and escalate deviations or risks appropriately.
Support the migration of our current system setup of Quickbooks and WASP into Acumatica
Manufacturing BOM Integration
Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Materials, Production, and Finance to configure and validate Manufacturing Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Conduct or participate in daily online Acumatica training sessions per ERP training plan.
Facilitate system readiness for production order workflows and manufacturing planning.
Ongoing End-User Support
Serve as primary ERP support contact for the team and other user groups.
Resolve system-related issues and requests promptly; escalate to manager or vendor support when needed.
Maintain clear communication regarding user issues, reporting needs, and enhancement requests.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain structured records of daily activities, support resolutions, and system configurations.
Ensure ERP use complies with standardized processes and protocols set by leadership.
Develop and maintain operational and ad hoc reports to support cross-functional KPIs.
Process Optimization
Analyze and document current workflows; identify areas for system-enabled improvement.
Collaborate with department leads to align ERP configuration with business needs.
Support post-implementation process audits and system refinement.
Success Indicators
Seamless integration of Manufacturing BOMs and Production Orders into Acumatica.
Effective support throughout implementation, go-live, and stabilization phases.
Timely resolution of end-user issues and support requests.
Accurate documentation of configurations, issues, and resolutions.
Compliance with internal standards, ERP protocols, and reporting accuracy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Accounting, or related discipline.
Minimum
3 years of ERP experience , with direct support of manufacturing or production environments.
Familiarity with ERP modules such as production, inventory, purchasing, and financials.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Velixo).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and documentation-focused.
Qualifications
Experience supporting Acumatica, NetSuite, Infor, Epicor, or Dynamics ERP platforms.
Prior involvement in ERP implementations or module rollouts.
Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes and materials planning.
Familiarity with ISO, SOX, or other compliance frameworks relevant to ERP use.
