Base pay range: $15.49/hr - $15.99/hr Responsibilities Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support the needs of the business. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; support shrink reduction efforts. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Possesses excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly. Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience preferred.
