About the Role
In this role, you will support Human Resources during peak season volume hiring. Additionally, this role will support leadership and campus operations through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, maintains a high level of professionalism and discretion, and is comfortable managing shifting priorities. Responsibilities may include supporting internal initiatives, facilitating communication, and contributing to a positive and efficient workplace experience.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a strong sense of urgency. Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates sound judgment in sensitive situations. Proficient in using digital tools to support day-to-day operations. Continuous learner and possess an organizational savviness to build relationships across a matrixed organization, understand the business needs and deliver results Create with audacity through using your strong diagnostic skills in listening, probing and analyzing to translate business problems into data driven solutions Who You Are
