The Advisory Platform & Investment Solutions Specialist has a unique opportunity to participate in architecting, developing, and managing Kestras Advisory Platforms and Investment Solutions. This role collaborates with many other departments such as Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance, as well as working closely with external vendors and investment managers. Responsibilities
Participate in the design, development, and on-going enhancement of Kestras advisory platform and investment solutions Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Kestras advisory platform and investment solutions Play an integral role in the day-to-day management of the advisory platform and develop insights and create solutions to support advisors and our consultants Develop meaningful relationships with advisors, internal teams and external industry participants Work with internal and external teams to ensure timely, accurate and on budget delivery of initiatives Develop an understanding of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and providers in our space Define and develop processes and work with multiple Fintech systems Qualifications
Must possess problem-solving skills, attention to detail, relationship management skills and good communication skills, both verbal and written Personal integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic Commitment to a culture of professionalism, accountability, client focus and teamwork Ability and interest in working with Fintech systems and processes Ability to work under limited supervision Undergraduate degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry FINRA Series 7, 63/65, 66 preferred Additional Information
Supervisory Responsibilities: None Internal Applicant Policy: Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
