Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, role and profile management, and data maintenance. Support the creation and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types. Assist in managing system security, applications, managed packages, and sandbox environments. Build and modify declarative applications using tools like Flow, Lightning App Builder, and validation rules. Maintain awareness of Salesforce release updates and assist in implementing new features. Collaborate with end-users, management, and project teams to gather requirements and improve workflows. Provide basic troubleshooting and support for Salesforce-related issues. Triage and manage incoming maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution and prioritization. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems is a plus. Qualifications
4+ year of experience with Salesforce administration or CRM systems. Basic understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms. Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Flow, validation rules, Lightning pages). Knowledge of Salesforce reports and dashboards, Analytics Studio a plus. Knowledge of CRM best practices and object-oriented architecture concepts. Salesforce Administrator Certification or Trailhead Ranger status preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
