Senior Designer who acts as a creative leader — own concept development, bring campaign stories to life, and elevate the brand visually. Conceptualize, present, and execute innovative design solutions while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. Thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and uphold high standards of creative excellence and precision. Focus: Concept development for 360° campaigns and product launches, from packaging to digital to retail. Create moodboards and visual directions, provide on-set photo and video shoot direction. Oversee packaging press checks (with occasional travel required). Key Responsibilities

Develop packaging concepts and campaign narratives reflecting Dermalogica’s premium skincare positioning. Partner with the Creative Director to lead and execute creative vision on photo and video shoots. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure creative alignment. Guide junior designers and freelancers to elevate output across the team. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining high creativity and detail. Research cultural shifts, beauty trends, and tech innovation to inform concepts. What You'll Bring

Key Qualifications

5-7+ years of design experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or consumer brands. Ability to move from concept to execution across packaging, digital, and experiential. Strong portfolio showing campaign and packaging leadership. Collaborative mindset with readiness to mentor and lead. Key Skills and Attributes

Concepting, campaign cohesion, and trend forecasting. AI image & video generation expertise. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to stakeholders. Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take an idea from sketch to final execution. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Bonus Skills

3D design and rendering (Blender, Runway), motion graphics, video editing. Knowledge of materials, fabrication, and prototyping. Familiarity with rendering engines such as V-Ray or Redshift. The expected base salary is $85,000 - $90,000.

The exact base pay rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results. Why Join Us?
