Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager - Affiliates & Influencer role leads the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Nordstrom’s Affiliate Influencer Marketing Program. This role manages full-funnel initiatives, driving performance through customer-led optimizations and data-driven strategy. The Manager works cross-functionally to ensure campaigns and always-on activities align with marketing priorities, while also serving as a key liaison with agency partners, vendors, and creators to drive operational excellence and long-term growth. Responsibilities
Own the development and execution of affiliate influencer strategies for both Nordstrom and Rack banners, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities and performance goals Lead campaign planning to drive growth across influencer networks and direct creator relationships Act as a primary point of contact for agency partners and affiliate vendors, ensuring strategic collaboration, innovation, and accountability Collaborate closely across internal teams including Paid, Brand, Merchandising, Enablement, Product, Finance, Sourcing, and Analytics Drive operational excellence through budget management & forecasting, process refinement, and platform improvements Qualifications
8+ years of experience in affiliate influencer marketing with full program ownership Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field Advanced experience with affiliate platforms and creator networks including performance tracking, campaign workflows, incentive models, and storefronts Demonstrated ability to lead testing and measurement plans that inform strategic direction Experience leading agency and vendor collaboration to deliver program innovation and growth Ability to influence and negotiate priorities across various stakeholder groups Prior experience managing multi-million-dollar annual budgets Retail Media experience is a plus Benefits

Medical/Vision, Dental, Retirement and Paid Time Away Life Insurance and Disability Merchandise Discount and EAP Resources Pay range: $103,500.00 - $175,000.00 annual. Pay offers may include performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, PTO accruals, holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
