We are seeking a Director, Field & Channel Marketing to join our Marketing team at Critical Start. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role leads field marketing and channel strategies that drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and enable the sales organization, including oversight of the BDR team. The ideal candidate designs programs that resonate locally, scale globally, and align sales, channel partners, and marketing under a unified growth strategy. This is an opportunity to shape a high-impact function at the intersection of field marketing, partner programs, and business development. You will work with sales, BDRs, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes and support company growth. What You Will Be Doing Leadership & Strategy
– Define and execute integrated Field, Channel, and BDR strategies aligned with objectives, GTM initiatives, and sales priorities; lead and develop a high‑performing team; ensure cross-functional alignment with sales and channel leadership.
BDR Team Management
– Guide the BDR function, align target accounts and outreach, build cadences connected to campaigns and partner programs, define KPIs, and coach for improved messaging and sales readiness.
Channel & Partner Marketing
– Define and execute global partner marketing strategy, develop MDF and enablement programs with partners, drive co-branded campaigns and joint events, measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
Field Marketing Programs
– Lead demand-generation activities (regional events, partner summits, trade shows, roadshows, executive roundtables), apply ABM strategies, and measure campaign ROI and pipeline impact.
Operations & Insights
– Manage budgets, use Salesforce/Marketo/ABM tools for insights, and share performance metrics with executives to inform strategy.
What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications
– 10+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years leading Field and/or Channel teams; experience building and scaling cross-functional teams; experience managing partner GTM programs (distributors, resellers, MSSPs); expertise in ABM, integrated campaigns, events, and partner marketing; knowledge of MarTech platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Terminus/6Sense, Outreach, or Salesloft); strong collaboration with Sales, Channel, and Marketing; data-driven with KPI definition and pipeline optimization. Desired Qualifications
– experience managing BDR/SDR programs; cybersecurity or B2B SaaS marketing background preferred; event management expertise with measurable ROI; familiarity with cybersecurity landscape and partner ecosystem. What It's Like Working Here
