Job Description Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customers according to procedures
Promotes credit and loyalty programs
Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards
Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures
Participates in store recovery and maintains store and floor cleanliness
Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
Supports shrink reduction goals and safety awareness
Other duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For: You
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible schedule to support business needs
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Capable of multi-tasking
Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
Works effectively with peers and supervisors
Retail customer experience preferred
