Overview
Marketing Coordinator to join the YCharts marketing team. You’ll play a key role in expanding events and marketing initiatives, including enterprise campaigns, partnerships, and demand generation, while ensuring alignment across the full marketing function. Key Responsibilities
Manage event logistics, including registration, travel, booth shipments, and swag. Organize event prep meetings, internal briefings, and marketing team calendars. Develop and maintain event collateral, sales materials, and info sheets. Oversee deadlines, exhibitor requirements, and prep deliverables. Support planning and execution of YCharts’ own events to deliver a seamless client and prospect experience. Contribute to broader marketing initiatives across enterprise, partnerships, and demand generation to ensure alignment and consistency. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, finance, economics, or related field At least one year of experience in marketing, sales, or customer success (B2B SaaS or fintech a plus) Experience planning and executing events Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and collaborate across teams Proficiency with marketing tools; HubSpot experience preferred Familiarity with YCharts is a strong advantage Benefits & Perks

At YCharts, we are committed to pay equity and transparency in all locations, including compliance with local pay disclosure requirements: the base salary range for this role is $59,000-$77,000 USD, and the Total Cash Compensation range is $65,000-$85,000 USD inclusive of bonuses.
