Social Media Administrator / HIV Testing Counselor role at AIDS Healthcare Foundation CALOR. Through our healthcare centers, pharmacies, health plan, research and other activities, AHF provides access to the latest HIV treatments for all who need them. Responsibilities
Develop collaborations and partnerships via social media with key stakeholders, such as other community based organizations, businesses, policy makers, local health service providers, local community boards, coalitions, and agencies in greater EMO of the City of Chicago. Identify barriers and develop strategies to promote the use of antiretroviral medications (ARV) for treatment of persons living with HIV and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for persons vulnerable to HIV. Oversee the facilitation and implementation of the intervention selected for the grant. Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities, including: develop relevant content topics to reach the target population; create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast). Enhance the reputation of AHF by contributing a team-centered attitude and new outreach strategies; provide feedback to the manager about service improvements. Engage in outreach within the community and educate those at risk; support HIV testing efforts and client education to promote informed self-protection. Qualifications
