$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr *THIS ROLE IS ONSITE 5X A WEEK IN SAN DIEGO* *MUST HAVE 10+ YEARS OF AMAZON EXPERIENCE* *REQUIRES AGENCY EXPERIENCE* About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Brand Manager to lead strategic brand initiatives, manage enterprise client portfolios, and drive growth across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. This role combines brand strategy, data-driven insights, and leadership, while mentoring junior team members and serving as a subject matter expert in specialized functions. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage enterprise client brand and product portfolios, ensuring KPIs are achieved Conduct in-depth audits to identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable strategies Oversee project lifecycles, from resource allocation to execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Partner with clients to manage escalations, deliver impactful presentations, and align on long-term strategies Develop annual sales forecasts and PPC strategies tailored to client needs Leverage data analytics to craft compelling narratives and actionable insights Serve as a subject matter expert in up to three specialized functions within the department Mentor and guide Brand Managers, ensuring professional development and alignment with business objectives Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent work experience) 8+ years of experience in brand management, with at least 4+ years in Amazon e-commerce (Seller Central and Vendor Central) Proven success in managing enterprise-level clients and Amazon account management (agency experience preferred) Strong analytical skills with expertise in turning complex data into strategy Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana, Helium 10 (or similar tools) Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship management skills Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor talent, and deliver results What We’re Looking For
