Overview
Director, Price to Win KBR’s Mission Technologies Solutions (MTS) business segment is building an internal Competitive Intelligence and Price to Win capability. The new team will collaborate with our Business Development and Pricing organizations to develop proposal strategies based on objective information and analysis. Responsibilities
Oversee the development of analysis, price target recommendations and pricing strategy recommendations for high-priority opportunities. Oversee the collection, analyzation and distribution of actionable competitive intelligence to inform business development, proposal and pricing decisions. Recruit, manage and train a team of Price to Win Analysts and Competitive Intelligence Analysts. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and proposals teams on increasing the probability of winning opportunities while also achieving company financial objectives. Develop and standardize Price to Win and Competitive Intelligence services, deliverables, tools and processes to meet the needs of internal customers. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience developing pricing and/or pricing strategies for business opportunities with federal government customers 10+ years of experience developing price to win analysis, price target recommendations and pricing strategies 5+ years of experience developing actionable competitive intelligence analysis, reports and resources 3+ years of experience managing a team of analysts responsible for price to win and competitive intelligence support services Experience developing and delivering executive-level briefings to promote informed decision making Demonstrated ability to build and maintain internal business relationships Demonstrated ability to conduct on-going business needs analysis and create standardized products and services to meet those needs Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to incorporate data analytics tools and techniques relative to price to win and competitive intelligence Experience developing price to win analysis for opportunities aligned with KBR’s core capabilities, customers and contract types Familiarity with KBR’s MTS segment’s common competitors Work Environment
