Job Title: Event Coordinator (with IT Expertise) This role combines corporate event coordination with IT capabilities to manage the planning and execution of events from start to finish, including AV setup, Cisco WebEx platforms, hybrid event logistics, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to deliver seamless in-person, WebEx, and hybrid events in a corporate environment. Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events from concept to completion Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to define event requirements Manage all technical elements of events, including AV, live streaming, WebEx platforms, and connectivity Provide on-site and remote technical support during events Coordinate event logistics such as scheduling the event, venue setup, and registration Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes and areas of improvement Qualifications
Proven experience in corporate event planning and coordination Strong understanding of IT systems, AV equipment, and virtual event technologies Excellent project management and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Base pay
