The Director of Market Insights is responsible for leading the Market Insights team and driving a better understanding of our customers, market trends and validating our value propositions/messaging. This role will lead our Global team to support all regions and provide objective data to support strategic and day-to-day decisions. Responsibilities

Increase the international intellect across marketing and the wider business from a market and consumer outlook, at a global/regional perspective, through identifying and leveraging actionable insights surfaced from both existing and primary research Serve as the primary point of contact for Senior Leadership for Client, Product Channel and Marketing analytics and insights and provide deep analytical expertise as it relates to clients, prospects, markets, channel and products (beyond scope of product manager) Partner with the commercial team to identify business issues and research objectives Conduct / oversee customer and marketing analytics providing strategic and tactical business decision support and develop a fully integrated competitive picture and provide insight/foresight to support effective messaging and positioning Strategic decision support – Conduct business analytics to structure, inform, and drive critical business decisions Work closely with Global Product Marketing Manager on the development of segmentation and messaging ensuring a clear target and validated message Contribute to profitable top-line growth by uncovering behaviors and insights that result in breakthrough insights Conduct continuous analysis of all commercial campaigns and programs with a comprehensive review and analysis of results Marketing lead for all external research and internal performance analytics reports Challenge the traditional research method status quo Manage the Insights and Analytics team Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience as a hands-on, market research professional at strategic research consulting agencies or in a commercial role in the medical device field Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative data and how to interpret, report and craft into actionable insights Ability to translate business requirements into research objectives and deliver actionable insights Ability to work closely with others across functions and with external agencies Excellent presentation of data in a clear and meaningful way Strong Excel modelling and statistical analysis skills Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be comfortable interacting with the highest levels of the company It is the ongoing policy and practice of The Company to provide equal opportunity in employment to all employees and applicants.
