facility. Secret clearance level required to start. The selected candidate must be able to work on site and be willing and able to travel if needed (up to 10%). Flexible/hybrid work arrangements may be possible at times and will vary based on proposal. The proposals we work on may include top Priority Wins, competitive pursuits, and sole source efforts. Candidates for this position will demonstrate a broad skill set that is balanced across leadership, collaboration, innovation, communication, project management, risk management, and proposal-based capabilities. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and qualified candidates must have demonstrated experience working multiple projects simultaneously, performing to tight deadlines, possess excellent project management and time management skills, detail oriented, and solid communication skills. Support the Capture and Proposal Manager in development of efficient and effective proposal execution plans in response to solicitations from U.S. Government and other customers. Understand proposal operation’s role and responsibility within the Government Acquisition process Work with the Capture and Proposal Manager and core team to develop the compliant proposal deliverables. Provide support to the proposal team in conceiving, designing, laying out, and coordinating illustrations and artwork to support the proposal response. Create graphic presentations that communicate mood, emphasis, insight, viewpoint, and similar visual impressions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards. Stay up-to-date and provide guidance with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design. Manage responsibilities independently with minimal or no day-to-day supervision. Benefits

This requisition may be filled at either a Principal level or Sr. Principal level. Principal Multimedia Designer: Bachelor\'s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field with 5 years of related experience OR a Master\'s Degree with 3 years OR 4 additional years in lieu of degree of related experience Sr Principal Multimedia Designer: Bachelor\'s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field with 8 years of related experience OR a Master\'s Degree with 6 years OR 4 additional years in lieu of degree of related experience Required For Both Levels

Experience working with authors and SMEs to understand vision of individual graphics and to understand and incorporate changes required from the author Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite A strong online portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and creative concepts Active DoD Secret security clearance Preferred Qualifications
