Manager, Brand PR Buffalo Wild Wings at Buffalo Wild Wings (Inspire Brands) leads external PR activities, developing and implementing unique, ownable campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance for BWW. The role requires experience in earned media, brand activation, experiential events, influencer & sports marketing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reports to the VP of Brand PR (Inspire Brands). Based in Atlanta. Responsibilities

PR Campaign Development: Create brand public relations strategies aligned with BWW’s priorities, including launches of new menu items, promotions, partnerships, and cross-channel creative initiatives. Earned Media Authority: Generate unique, ownable ideas that resonate with BWW’s audience and keep the brand culturally relevant beyond planned initiatives. Agency Management: Oversee external agencies, brief and refine ideas, ensure timely delivery, measure ROI, and manage budgets. Writing: Draft press releases, media pitches, campaign copy, external talking points, and briefing documents for stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and cross-functional teams to ideate and execute brand activation campaigns; strong project management is required. PR Insights: Monitor trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide feedback to internal teams and agencies to drive continuous improvement. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets in coordination with Finance and future forecasting. Qualifications

4 Year Degree Preferred in Communications, PR or relevant field 8+ Years of experience in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing Agency experience preferred Operational discipline with the ability to lead ideas to execution, manage tight timelines, and oversee go-to-market efforts and budgets Creative mindset with bold, original ideas that build the brand and business Strong cultural insight to stay authentic and relevant in major moments Ability to identify ideas that generate headlines and coverage Experience collaborating with social media teams, brand marketers, and marketing agencies Passion for PR and delivering signature, award-winning work Strong writing skills Basic knowledge of sports Travel required: ~25% (Domestic travel for PR initiatives) About Inspire
