Strong communicator with proven ability to set agendas, lead meetings, and align cross-functional stakeholders to action Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; Tableau or similar BI tool experience a plus Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, strategic insights Project management mindset — organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Global mindset with ability to collaborate across regions and cultures Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can influence without direct authority What You Will Be Doing
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by setting agendas, synthesizing discussions, and driving follow-up actions for global commercial meetings and partner touchpoints Drive commercial planning milestones, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and licensor priorities Deliver actionable demand, POS, and sales insights that guide regional and global strategies Own forecasting processes that support business planning and partner alignment Translate market performance and consumer data into strategic recommendations for both internal stakeholders and external partners Lead competitive and category analyses (e.g., Circana/NPD) to identify white space opportunities, optimize product plans, and support new business proposals You will receive the following benefits
