Join this team as a Warehouse Quality Coordinator! Use your warehousing or shipping experience to help deliver excellence every day. This team focuses on efficiency, safety, and trust among other values - we're looking for team members who share the same commitment. This is an associate to hire opportunity in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Warehouse Quality Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Audit daily inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy
- Resolve shipment issues quickly
- Manage orders using SAP
- Maintain secure shipping records and documentation
- Communicate with customer service about order updates
- Handle customer complaints and problem resolution
- Support inventory cycle counts and claims investigations
- Identify process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Warehouse Quality Coordinator Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office and SAP experience
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Understanding of GMP practices
