Cleaning Captain
As a Cleaning Captain, you will be responsible for daily cleaning of the interior and exterior of the restaurant:
Review, maintain, and update logs on cleaning completed
Use appropriate cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment as outlined
Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked area to ensure food quality
Assist with food preparation, clean up, and support when necessary
Requirements:
Good personal grooming
Good communication skills
Stand up for 8 hours
Able to lift 35-50 pounds and carry up to 30 feet
Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous
Bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Arrive at work on time
Flexible scheduling
Follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment (including fryers, ovens, etc.)
Able to push/pull up to 90 pounds up to 30 feet
Adheres to company/city/state/USA safety requirements
Knowledge of and compliance with policies and processes
