Personal Training Manager
for our state-of-the-art fitness facility. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include: Enhancing the professional growth of personal training staff by promoting the latest industry trends in fitness. Leading the onboarding process for new trainers, including training on Equinox fitness assessments, program design, and delivering exceptional member service. Coordinating sales support initiatives for personal training staff to optimize performance. Facilitating the onboarding of new members and personal training clients by cultivating strong customer service relationships. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following: A minimum of 6 months experience in a management position. Demonstrated ability to be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on file for the past 6 months. Proven leadership skills in either educational, fitness or professional contexts. A history of driving sales and successfully meeting budgets/goals. A friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor, combined with a passion for the fitness industry and a deep knowledge of its practices. Strong communication, time management, organization, and follow-up skills. A degree in a relevant field, such as Exercise Science, Physiology, Kinesiology, or Sports Management, is preferred.
