Position
Enterprise Transformation Director
A Brief Overview The Director of Transformation - Strategy & Governance plays a pivotal role in driving TriNet\'s transformation agenda by ensuring strategic alignment, execution governance, and measurable business impact. This role supports the DVP of the Value Stream Management Office by establishing transformation governance frameworks, managing risks, tracking performance, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to optimize execution. This individual will work closely with value stream leads, program managers, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure transformation initiatives deliver on their objectives.

What you will do
Ensure transformation initiatives align with TriNet’s long-term vision, corporate strategy, and business objectives
Integrate cross-functional workflows and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency
Develop and maintain governance frameworks that balance structured decision-making with startup-style agility in execution
Standardize and optimize execution methodologies across value streams, ensuring consistency, accountability, and adaptability
Identify and assess risks, developing actionable mitigation strategies to minimize disruption
Establish escalation mechanisms and collaborate with senior leadership on issue resolution to keep transformation efforts on track
Foster strong relationships and cross-functional collaboration that allow teams to remain aligned and transformation initiatives maintain momentum
Define and track transformation management office KPIs, financial performance (budget vs. actuals), and overall transformation impact
Gather and analyze insights that drive informed decision-making and identify course corrections where necessary
Support the preparation and presentation of executive-level materials and insights
Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree required
Master\'s Degree MBA preferred
Experience Qualifications
Typically 12+ years experience required
Typically 4+ years experience in business transformation, strategy execution, portfolio management, or a related field preferred
Skills and Abilities
Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, with the agility to shift between governance and hands-on execution
Expertise in governance frameworks, risk management, and transformation portfolio oversight
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, remove roadblocks, and execute in a scrappy, problem-solving manner
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in performance tracking and business impact assessment
Exceptional collaboration and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and drive alignment across functions
Thrive in fast-paced, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
Ability to anticipate challenges, understand interdependencies across initiatives, and proactively recommend solutions

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $122,200.00 to $268,900.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
