Be the Director of Clinical Operations you can be. If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience 5 years of home-based care experience preferred Role may require travel up to 80% of business days in the supported territory Comprehensive knowledge of theories, concepts and practices; able to use in complex situations Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of operation Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations Responsibilities
Supervises all direct patient/family care team members (nurses, Supportive Care, home health aides, counselors) in collaboration with Site Leadership Oversees scheduling, payroll and other administrative duties Ensures initial assessments and required reassessments are conducted within required timeframes and documented accordingly Ensures services comply with all regulatory requirements and professional standards Implements protocols to guide operations and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal process requirements Monitors expenses to ensure budgetary compliance in collaboration with IDG and Site Leadership Serves as a resource for Social Worker, Volunteer, Music Therapy and Bereavement Departments Benefits
