170544 We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team in Plano, Texas. This role involves eliciting, analyzing, and validating project requirements to create new applications or enhance existing systems and business processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in requirements management, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and technical evaluation. This position requires strong stakeholder management, technical writing, and subject matter expertise in relevant technologies.
Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and validate project requirements for new applications or system enhancements.
Understand business issues and translate them into actionable requirements to create comprehensive solutions.
Manage the end-to-end requirements process, including issue resolution and tool utilization.
Conduct peer reviews and assist in assessing the impact of new technologies to enable new capabilities.
Support cost/benefit estimates and create VPMO requests for additional capacity or hardware.
Prepare requirements packages, user stories, and reference materials while managing requirements traceability.
Review final technical designs and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Participate across the project lifecycle to ensure stakeholder specifications are met.
Contribute senior-level technical expertise and provide deep technical knowledge of relevant technologies.
Qualifications
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements effectively.
Experience in business process design and mapping, with an understanding of application and system changes.
Proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or IBM DOORS.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases and best practices.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills for preparing user stories and reference materials.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in developing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and conducting technical evaluations.
Ability to conduct peer reviews and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Subject matter expertise in Telecom technologies, systems, and business domains.

Pay Range: $60- $70
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
