We are seeking a polished, strategic, and results-driven
Hospital RCM Client Executive
to serve as our on-site or primary point of contact at a client hospital. This executive-level professional will lead revenue cycle operations, identify and implement best practices, and foster collaboration with hospital leadership, departments, and physicians. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in hospital RCM, hands-on experience with Meditech EMR systems, and a proven ability to engage with C-level executives and board members. Key Responsibilities
Serve as Revascent’s on-site or primary representative at the hospital, acting as the liaison between client stakeholders and Revascent’s internal RCM teams. Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing corrective action plans to drive performance. Regularly meet with department heads, clinicians, and union representatives to align on RCM processes and ensure operational excellence. Present performance updates, key financial metrics, and improvement strategies to C-level executives and the hospital board. Lead and support managed care contracting and payer strategy in alignment with hospital and Revascent goals. Develop and implement scalable, compliant workflows that align with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer regulations. Analyze and interpret revenue cycle data to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal RCM teams to ensure timely issue resolution, service delivery, and client satisfaction. Required Qualifications
Minimum 8–10 years
of progressive experience in hospital revenue cycle management. Strong proficiency in
Meditech EMR systems
(minimum version 6.17; Expanse experience is a plus). Proven success in roles such as
Business Office Director, Revenue Cycle Consultant, or Client Executive
within a hospital or consulting environment. Deep knowledge of hospital financial operations, payer regulations, compliance standards, and RCM workflow dynamics. Demonstrated experience presenting to and collaborating with
hospital boards, executive leadership , and
unionized departments . Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong executive presence. Willingness and ability to travel up to
60%
for remote candidates. Preferred Backgrounds
