Driving Sales: Takes personal ownership of driving revenue including management of sales building, group sales, VIP efforts and other outreach initiatives. Builds a strong sense of teamwork, open communication between operational, marketing, promotions and sales leaders to achieve revenue goals. Leads from the front: Is present and functions as the “face of the business” and is in-venue during peak revenue periods, including Thursday – Saturday nights, sports watch events and large group/full venue buyouts. Represents the venue professionally to the community, marketing partners/sponsors, local businesses, civic organizations, and media. Ensures Guest Satisfaction: Delivers energetic, high-quality guest experiences across service, food, beverage and entertainment; maintains professional image, facility cleanliness, appearance standards; ensures compliance with food and beverage standards; responds to guest needs with high-quality service. Team Building: Recruits, interviews and hires management and hourly team members; fosters a culture of pride; trains, motivates, rewards, develops, and disciplines as needed; ensures team has tools and equipment to perform. Controls Costs: Oversees day-to-day operations within company policies; maintains cost of goods sold, nightly reports and cash controls; manages inventory, labor, and financial disclosures; handles outside vendor contracts and ensures legal/approval requirements; ensures cash deposits and safe counts are proper; completes payroll and administrative duties accurately; maintains safe guest and work environment and ensures compliance training. Qualifications
Self-motivated, accomplished leader with a proven track record in leading entertainment, food, beverage and related concepts. At least 5 years’ experience in restaurant/nightclub management; multi-unit management experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree or equivalent in restaurant management preferred. Fluent English; excellent people management, communication and listening skills. Proven ability to build and lead a team and communicate effectively with senior leadership, team members, and guests. Ability to read and analyze basic financial reports and manage basic financial actions; flexible and adaptable; strong time management and organizational skills; detail-oriented with a passion for teaching. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package following eligibility, including health, dental, and vision insurance; personal and vacation time; 401(k) with employer match. Job Details
