Confidently deliver high-quality software by applying critical thinking to products, requirements, and processes Work closely with clients to influence technical product decisions and business goals You’ll stay up to date with the landscape of software engineering best practices, tools, and frameworks Understand various software architectures and adapt/compose solutions to unique problems with sustainable and reusable solutions Help mentor and coach a project team towards shared goals and outcomes Navigate difficult conversations by providing constructive feedback to teams and clients Identify obstacles to ensure quality and improve user experience and how we build software Be self-aware of limitations, yet curious to learn new solutions and receptive to constructive feedback Guide the team to adapt to changing priorities with positive energy Communicate and simplify complex problems to foster understanding across multidisciplinary teams Apply knowledge and findings at an organizational scale Qualifications
5+ years of professional programming experience, with at least 2+ years of React Native development JavaScript expert skilled in React.js, TypeScript Experience with Vue.js, Node.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and writing Unit tests Comfortable working with Android and iOS SDKs Experience with developing Hybrid applications and PWAs Able to evaluate and articulate which framework to use for a particular project Ability to articulate performance considerations and optimization strategies Understanding of server-side and client-side rendering trade-offs Experience as a technical leader to a team of web developers Owned and led the delivery of major features and components Experience working with clients and stakeholders with empathetic communication Ability to contribute sound recommendations on technical architecture and design Formal or informal leadership/mentorship experience Proficiency with development tools that foster efficiency Ability to balance big-picture business goals with technical constraints Bonus Points
