Job Summary: Act as part of a team of application and workflow experts to provide design & build support for the Cadence application in Epic and possibly other healthcare systems. Analyze the organization's current business practices and translate them into configurations and workflows for successful product implementation. Does this position require Patient Care? No Responsibilities
Assist with the documentation of business requirements and the translation of those requirements into functional specifications and/or system build/configuration for the software application. Assist with the development and execution of testing plans and other software quality assurance tasks. Provide ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues, escalating as needed for timely resolution. Run reports and perform other tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues, and updates. Review training curriculum and end-user documentation for the application’s user community as needed. Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science required or Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field of Study required. Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. Licenses and Credentials : Epic certifications as outlined by program requirements (must be able to obtain). Experience : Experience in healthcare information technology; 0-1 year preferred. Experience in development, support, or operation of software applications, preferably in a healthcare setting. Ability to document workflows and business processes. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other office productivity solutions. Additional Job Details
