Responsibilities

Architect of Omnichannel Excellence:

Lead the development of innovative cross-channel media strategies, leveraging the healthcare landscape to create a seamless and engaging brand experience.

Guide Strategic Vision & Execution:

Oversee the Engagement Planning team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and ensuring tactical plans align with brand goals and business objectives.

Cultivate Strategic Client Partnerships:

Build and nurture relationships with key client contacts, becoming a trusted strategic advisor who understands needs and exceeds expectations.

Champion Innovation & Thought Leadership:

Stay ahead of the curve in the evolving media landscape, identifying and implementing innovative approaches, best practices, and technologies to maximize campaign impact.

Empower a High-Performing Team:

Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning, providing tools, resources, and support for the team to thrive.

What You'll Bring

Strategic Mastermind:

8+ years of hands-on media planning across all channels, with a proven track record in cross-channel strategies within healthcare or similarly regulated industries.

Leadership & Vision:

Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.

Client-Centric Approach:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and provide strategic guidance.

Industry Expertise:

Deep understanding of pharmaceutical and patient markets, with knowledge of online and offline media channels including traditional, SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social, SEO, and emerging platforms.

Passion for Healthcare:

Genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to positively impact patient lives.

The base salary for this position at the time of posting may range from $90,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
