Overview
Manager, Operations - Walmart Connect role at Walmart Connect. This role is part of the Business Operations team and focuses on driving the day-to-day rhythm of the business, internal communications, and process refinement to enable clarity, consistency, and speed. You’ll report to a Senior Manager of Business Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Corporate Communications, Finance, HR, and Operational Leads. What you’ll do
Drive project management across workstreams by owning day-to-day execution of operational initiatives, managing milestones and deliverables. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and tracking systems for visibility and accountability. Proactively identify blockers and partner with stakeholders to resolve them. Draft and publish internal newsletters, leadership talking points, and associate-facing updates. Manage communications calendar and ensure consistency of messaging across the organization. Translate strategic direction into clear, digestible formats for broad consumption. Coordinate rhythm of the business by managing logistics, scheduling, and content readiness for recurring leadership forums (e.g., staff meetings, offsites, MBRs). Track follow-ups and reinforce meeting discipline. Lead and facilitate cross-functional working groups with XFN stakeholders; circulate agendas, capture notes, and ensure follow-through on decisions and actions. Maintain operational stewardship through subscription tracking, renewals, and internal tooling documentation; support location strategy via utilization reporting and office coordination. Experience in operations, program management, internal communications, or business strategy. Excellent project management and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines. Strong business judgment and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
