Overview
Family Life Services of Washtenaw County in Ypsilanti, Michigan is seeking a pro-life, mission-driven individual to lead our growing ministry as Executive Director. This individual will lead our team in executing our mission “to provide compassionate support, education, and resources to individuals facing unplanned pregnancies, empowering them to make informed decisions for themselves and their families.” Responsibilities
Executing the mission in cooperation with the board of directors Creating a compassionate environment for our clients Retaining and developing staff (approximately 7-9) Understanding the local pro-life landscape and national trends Developing community, congregational, and donor support Qualifications
Committed and pro-life Christian Passionate about life and women’s health Minimum five years management experience, preferably in a non-profit Comfortable working/managing in a healthcare environment Demonstrated donor management and fundraising experience Demonstrated experience in community partnership Willing to be on-site for majority of time Company Description
Family Life Services of Washtenaw County is a 100% women-run women\'s health center serving the Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor communities since 1985. We provide free services to women facing unplanned pregnancies, offering pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, options counseling and community referrals. Our dedicated team of registered nurses, trained staff, and volunteers ensures pregnant women receive safe, holistic medical care and material support for families with children aged 4 and under.
